AOC Rental Listings
We have set up a program for Owners, family, and friends, who want to rent additional weeks at the Aruba Ocean Club (AOC) or want to rent their weeks. You do NOT pay Marriott a commission if you advertise on this web site and rent your unit on your own.
The Aruba Ocean Club Cooperative Association will charge a small advertising fee for web page ads until it is sold. Rentals advertising is $25 per unit. Old listings are removed at the end of each month.
Marriott's New Rental Program
Marriott has a new rental program! If your unit is accepted you receive a pre-determined payment. This is how it works:
1) Owner contacts Owner Services (1-800-845-4226) to determine if there is Marriott Rental Program availability.
2) If available, Owner Services offers the Owner a specified rental amount for their inventory.
3) If the Owner chooses to proceed, they accept the Marriott Rental Program offer agreement
4) When the completed agreement is received, a check is issued to the Owner |
